Since we only offer digital products such as gift cards and in game Top-up, all our products are non refundable and non exchangeable.

Wrong Email or Game ID
If you've entered incorrect Game information or email while purchase, we will deliver code/credit to the mentioned information during purchase. If this happens, contact to game merchant immediately and we won't be able to offer a refund in such a case.
